What is ESM Association?
ESM Association, the Employee Services Management
Association, represents over 5,000 corporations
and 22 million employees nationwide.
Established in 1947, ESM Association helps
corporations promote a better lifestyle for
employees and their families through corporate
sponsored employee services and recreation programs.
ESM Association has over 50 chapters throughout
the country.
ESM Association of North Texas
ESM Association of North Texas
is the local chapter of the Employee Services
Management Association serving the Metroplex
since 1974. Our goal is to bring together representatives
of North Texas area businesses to share expertise
on employee programs, including recreation,
wellness, and discount services.
Membership offers professionals
and volunteers in the field of Human Resources
and Employee Services an opportunity to learn
from each other and improve their effectiveness.
Through meetings, networking, and exchanging
ideas, the collective resources of hundreds
of companies are available for your use.
Monthly meetings are scheduled
the third Tuesday of the month and include a
program or special guest speaker, a tour of
a special facility, and discussions, exchanges,
